Darius has spent the last 20+ years as the General Manager of great brands, including more than a decade managing the highest grossing restaurant chain in the US, The Cheesecake Factory. Managed operations in the Midwest and Southeast USA. Spent more than 20 years in the Florida markets, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Naples and Jacksonville. Darius is currently the Director of Operations for Mad Room Hospitality, which includes Ball & Chain, Los Altos, Taquerias El Mexicano and Mai-Kai Restaurant, Snappers Oceanfront Restaurant & Bar and Polynesian Show.
